I would probably do any new potential new design in gold. But I will see how much it would be to do white gold, I just don't have any white or silver jewelry, so I'm not sure if that is what I want to do.
Hmmm. I think it's quite nice the way it is. If I changed anything I would make all three stones sit horizontal on the finger rather than in the swishy diagonal. What a nice project to consider. Beautiful square cut stones!
What fun to consider changing the ring setting. Is this a family ring? Matt's mothers? Is there engraving on the inside? I'd really consider these questions before making the change. I had a the band on my diamond redone and now the engraving from when Great Grandma Mabel's mother wore is unclear. I wish I had left it as it was. I think I am getting more conscious of family history as I get older!

The ring was given to Jeanne by an old ex-boyfriend. No engraving and no special feelings attached to the ring.
